I got it! Inspected most everything and it's a lot straighter and neater than my PNP was. No broken wood like the PNP had and even the ailerons don't look like they need heat-gunned into shape LOL.
Those HS-635s seem to be EXTREMELY smooth, and have super nice wires on them. I think I'll order some Hitec aileron extensions since they're twisted like the wires coming off of the servo.
Now just to scrounge some more change for that Saito...
