I knew the third time would be a charm. My first kit - FSK BF109. First flight - crash and burn. Second kit - FSK Rare Bear. Result - lasted longer but still crashed and burned. Third kit - FSK Leonardo (note how progressively I go down the skill level). Result - flew great!

Finally, I got something easy to fly! What a great feeling to watch and control something flying around for more than a few seconds. Can't wait to fly it again.

For anyone looking for a beginner kit, I would highly recommend the FSK Leonardo. It's more expensive than a slow stick ($59) and a bit more to build but it looks a hell of a lot better than a slow stick and flys very well.
