Hi Steve - there are 2 huge threads here on RCU - One for the Reaction54 and one for the Baby Boomerang (sometimes called Boomerang Intro). If you want to build one, I recommend the Reaction54 - it has retracts and flaps like most jets. The video above is fixed gear, as well as the AV8TOR, Cub Jet, Facet which are all kits. The basic R54 kit is less than $500. If you prefer an ARF, then the Boomerang series are great flyers - The Baby or Intro, the Elan, or the XL. The 3 are listed in order of increasing size. On RCU today, they announced the Baby on sale for $599 while supply lasts. They are normally $769. Both the R54 and the Boomerang have web sites with pictures, prices, and videos.
