Funny thing. That's exactly what I did late last night. Changed swash plate mix from positive to negative and BINGO, everything is moving as it should. Just took it up for my first test hover and she went up nice and smooth but she's drifting a bit, a little tail wag as well. Now its time to fool with the Gyro and proportional pot settings and finally trims. Does that sound right to you?

Anyway it was great to log on and find the solution to my problem posted even though I found it too late. THANK YOU!!!
