if your hobby shop supports redcat you can't go wrong....i'm a happy ownar off a redcat, a gallon through no problems at all...if your thinking avalanche ask ehroof about it.
ya i dont know. i first was going to get an avalanche b/c i didint know i could get an "name brand" rc for the same price. then i went to the hobby store about a hour away and they sell hpi. i can get a mt2 or a firestore for $300-$360. the avalanche it 360. the only thing that still has me thinkin a little is the avalanche is a 1/8 and mt2 is 1/10. the 1/8 are alot better. so whats better, a 1/10mt2 or a 1/8 avalanche. i think im goin to go with the hpi but that avalanche look cool
Take a look at the parts cost as well. The avalanche will STOMP the hpi. Take a look at
www.allaboutfunhobbies.com and look under the avalanches section you will see how easy the parts are to get. The fan boys in some of these forums are just giving an opinion on what they think is good or bad.
