I have always used the self tapping fittings that way all I have to do is drill an screw the fitting in I have used the perry pump on an old tigre 2000 worked great for a consistant needle setting.
why do you want to run a pump.

Well I took another try at flying with ski's today it was 46 an sunny and with all that snow it was bright an really felt quite warm but the snow was really soft and on landing the plane only went about 10 feet until it sank 3 inches into the snow tore the gear up but other than that it was a great flight now only if I can get the T---T up. I may go looking for a road in a construction site some where and see about flying off it I just hate those nasty curbs is all
