opening it up to accept an APC wont hurt the integrity of the spinner. Thats sounds GOOD. I cant stand the plastic spinner. Just gotta get the adapter nut to run APC and MAS. Thanks for all the input from everyone. BTW, the guys at my field swore up and down that ALL they run is 11x7 on ALL their 46 FX's. But they all fly sportier type planes, not a trainer like me. Think I should give on a try before trying the 11x6 APC?
