Kerwin that looks like an excellent flying zone for sure, I remember trying to fly up my neighborhood street, avoiding houses on both sides along with telephone lines, trees and power poles, it was never a grand situation, we took off the wings so it wouldn't lift off and then mostly I just raced the neighbors up the street when they would drive by, but that always ended up with something broken on the plane, but at least I got to use my glues that night.. now the wife is wanting to move again so I am about to lose my acres of corn fields all around my house, hopefully I will be able to find something with the same amount of openness around me, or at least closer then 40 minutes to my club site,, Oh the packing and packing and packing[&o] We just did this 2 years ago... lol,,

DownT,, Getting any flying in? I'm not hearing many stories of flights. You guys are what keeps me in a bit of the shakes usually, everyone talking about their flights all winter whilst I look out my frozen glass windows with enough snow to make things miserable but not enough for ski's, this winter has been weird,, we can get 8 inches 1 day and you can see ground the next, we have had about 3 or 4 storms that started as snow and ended as rain, just to make everything bumpy as hell and icy,, the same goes for tonight, were expected to get 10" but ending with rain, I hate that,, either SNOW or RAIN, the mixed stuff is terrible,,[:'(] and the same is going for this Friday also,, I can't wait until April. [:-]
