RE: 7C FASST firmware update
The 7C has software updated, the 6EX transmitter and the TM-7 module have hardware updated. The only reason hardware is updated in 6EX and TM-7 is because updating the software is not easily done with those units.
All international owners of U.S.-purchased equipment can send it to us. You MUST document that the unit was U.S.-purchased and is being returned to the U.S. for repair services. This would be on the customs declaration and you will have to provide a photocopy of your U.S. seller's invoice. We'll pay for return shipping only if it's via International Air Post. We WILL NOT pay for UPS, DHL, or FedEx shipping. Send us a separate note with a copy of the postage receipt and we'll work out reimbursement.
U.S.-based owners can contact the Futaba service center and get a prepaid return label. Unfortunately, Canada and Mexico are considered "International".
