Yeah running them at 6V would be advisable for the extra torque and response.

Yes all you need to do is change to a 6V battery pack.

There are a few TX's and servos that cannot tolerate the switch to 6V, but it looks like you'll do fine.

Remember that you want a larger capacity pack as well. You need to increase the voltage AND capacity as you'll use up current faster at 6v.
