If your going on ballarina meaning maybe your rear end is swinging around on you for no reason then you need to adjust your droop. This happened to me at the track. I adjusted it and the looseness went away. I know what you mean about the crashes to. A good addition if you do not have it yet is to go two degrees toe on the rear this helps with traction and stability.
