I just received a set of vinyl decals from Ralle "Tailor Made Decals "in Germany.

The standard of these decals were of the same high standard as all the other stuff I have had from this company. No invoice with the letter - it was just a small order for a pilots name for my jets. However upon mailing for the cost of my order I received a short note saying: "No charge on this order -it´s a gift!"
Call that service!
