To answer your question, just slide them together. It does not get glued. Makes it easier for transportation. If you mounted your engine sideways, you will probably want to put an exhaust deflector on it. If not, the oil will work it's way to the mounting bolt plate. Not good. Make sure all your controls are moving the correct direction. Double check your CG. It makes a big difference the way it flys, especially landings, if it's only a little off. Have fun.
