Sorry but I have to laugh that the 8ight RTR has 18% of the votes on that poll right now.
That would be because your opinion is not as common as you would like the guy who started this post to believe.
Everybody has their preferences, but the truth is, most 8th scale buggies are pretty darn tough. All the cars you listed are strong enough to handle a new driver. Pick one that appeals to you, and has good parts availability.
