Default Kill switch placement

Hi all, it's me again...please bear with me, as I'm a newbe with gas. I really appreciate the advice, (I'll catch on one of these days!).

I'm setting up a Fuji 32EI in my Giant Sportster and I bought two Futaba charge/on-off switches. My intention was for both to be in series to the ign battery, one as a manual, outside acessable, and the other servo actuated. I got to thinking about where to put the servo-actuated switch so as not to cause RFI. The servo will be pluged into the Rx and a plastic pushrod will operate the switch. It will be quite difficult to locate the switch up front, behind the firewall and run the pushrod back to the servo to keep everything seperated.

Would I be better off using an "optical" kill switch instead. If so, I've read these will not work with Fuji EI's, (true or not?). If I can use one, can this go to the Rx and still not generate RFI?

Man, I've got a lot to learn, (would have been a lot easier to buy that OS 180, but no where as much fun!).

Thanks again evereybody.
