UPS ??? What happened to DHL?

They had a much better track record with the early planes that were shipped by DHL. None of these shipping companies are very good, but UPS is the worst. Upgrading the packaging is the right thing to do, however they (you) should also use a company capable of handling them properly. Any savings realized by using UPS will be eaten up by resending all the broken parts.
