It's a Columbo Anderson Extra.

Look at the lite ply piece in front of the rudder tray. Now look at the pics from AW.
It's a Columbo Anderson Extra 300L. That's a Twin seat--low wing.
I gotta say though--the build looks like a boxcar full of smashed buttholes. Look at all the epoxy slopped all over. Look at the F2 formers where they meet the fuse sides. Look at the top of the motor box pieces. Epoxy slopped all over. Look where the motorbox comes out of the front of the F2 former. Again, looks like somebody stood back and tossed a bucket of epoxy at it with a horses tail.
Horrible attention to detail IMO. You're supposed to wipe that epoxy off. Looks like crap. I don't blame the guy for not wanting to keep it after he traded for it.
