Seems a great shame that these lovely models are getting damaged. I am waiting for my Rafelle and will be very disappointed if it also is damaged. I have sent FEJ and e mail asking them to improve their boxes and pack better. After waiting all this time dont want a sad face when that box is opened. cant make sense to send out new parts all the time as these also could of course get damaged. Loads of bubble wrap inside and out and a stronger box is surely the answer.

Perhaps they could also send a pot or two of touchup paint from the original spraying batch so that we could repair any small dings.
