max nitro i think that when they say about the hinging of control surfaces they mean that they drill the holes at the correct distance as per their schematic in f16 instructions
and are ready for you,just to glue the hinges in....what you didnt mention is if they install the tanks as this is included in the price.read my previous post for info.
