I was there, Holding the radar gun. Im sure he can get it to 32mph, just the way it is right now.
Our Alley is Bumpy and off camber and hard to drive straight.
We leaned it out a bit and went out to the Front of the buuilding and used the City Street. Had to watch for cars
But the street is SMOOOOTH n FLAAAT! He got a faster run, but we didnt have time to CLOCK it. (lunch time over[&o])
I think he broke 30 mph ,,,easy!
