Hows about a wanton disregard for the By-Laws and Field Safety Rules! There are plenty of people who lack any respect for anyone and are impossible to deal with on any level out there living in this country, today. Anyone putting a club at risk, or destroying the tenuous relationship with the club Flying Field's neighbors. Hopefully, there aren't any of these folks in your club!

Expulsion is a weighty matter, without doubt and needs to be a last resort; but, certainly needs to be an option.
