There is no way that should happen,the OWB I mean if you have'nt even put 1 tank of fuel though it.I know rotostarts are OWB killers but pullstarts snap before the OWB gets knackered,sounds like a manufacturing fault and should be replaced free of charge if CENs customer relations are as legendry as people make out.How about offering a free replacement then CEN,lets see if you can back up the claims of a great customer service.
