I know that this mey be a redundant question. But did you check the rotor head core for cracks? I had a similar problem with my Falcon, only it would go straight FAST. Turned out to be cracks in the rotor head core below the bearings. I only found this with the head assy disasembeled and I pinched the core togeather.
