I take its NOT the OWB after all. Then I would open the back of the engine and see if the small pin that is in the end of the crank has sheared off or the spring collapsed.
Could Be Both!! Also you might want to check to see if the OWB is in backwards(a very easy mistake!!)

Ok found the parts I need now. Turned out to be the one way bearing after all. Now I am trying to install the center lock and the screws are in there so tight that now I have stripped out the screws YAY! This truck has already been a pain in the ass haha. Now I have to drill out the old screws and get news with the diff case.
