Now what do you mean when you say "Checked the OWB in both directions and still the same thing" Does that mean you tried to spin the OWB both directions and it spins in both directions or does that mean no change? if it spins in both directions then the new OWB is bad, which I would find hard to believe, but anything is possible. There is a slim chance you got 2 bad OWB's in a row, very slim!!
