I have always used the traditional five step method. I have looked into the heat cycle method many times but it just seems very strange to use.

Like I said, I didn't properly break in the engine at the start. Half way threw the FIRST tank I quit idling and decided to give it some go.. Not a good idea It did last for a quart and a half so thats impresive.
