Default Gas speedseter?

OK, I have a pile of MT62s, it's a lite weight clone of the G62, which is the official motor for AT-6 racing so it must be good. I can't seem to find a website that covers this type racing to fine hop-up parts. I've read the G62 can turn 10000 rpm no problem, so I want to build a speed plane, not a racing plane, with one of my motors. I think with one of these 200 mph is possible.

17600' a minute at 10000 rpm means you need a 23" pitch prop do they exist?
