The curve should be up. It matters once everything is put together. Otherwise your steering will bind a little. It may rub the axles also. Yo gotta take off the turn-buckles and adjust them that way. Just loosen them up until they can turn smoothly. Don't loosen them up more then you need though cuz it will end up causing a really bad negative camber when the wheel sits on the ground.
