RE: Will your club allow PPP members to join
The kid would need coverage to pay for damages he caused to the clubs chain... which he would not be covered by ama for the chain repair bills.
The AMA might endager the clubs coverge of a kid hitting their chain, if the AMA finds the club didnt heed the instructions last year that we all run out & hang junk from our chains to prevent treaspassing racing bikers from killing themselves on club property.
But when we bring this back towards the thread and the source of this leg of discussion,
the concerns of a club regarding suits over remiss policing of the PPP standards,
'the club's insurance would not be effected if a PPP breached his limitations', is not the kind of preventative insurance speak I'd like to hear.
I'm kinda thinking back 5 or 6 months when I asked how much lead time the clubs will have to digest the new PPP before it goes into effect.... arent we all seeing that NONE was a poor choice of lead time amounts with this. Right or wrong, PPP is here, and now it is past due for clubs to make their decision... the time for gathering information is over (mainly because it never existed)
