Hey grimmy55, is "raggerty" really a word? I always go over the seams a couple of times before I shrink the covering. Be sure that you let the seams cool completely BEFORE you get the heat gun out. You may have been using a little too much heat. Try going over the whole section & letting it cool ( sometimes it will shrink a little more AFTER it cools off) Good Luck
