Everyone has unique standards. It is irresponsible for a company to sell a loud muffler in a populated area, it would be better if one was not supplied at all. Why won't the new companies incorporate a sturdy mounting base that could accept a cone or plate? Those stand-offs are very heavily loaded considering their length and stance.
