If you have a PCM RX and are transmitting PPM it will not work. What model/type RX are you using? If TX & RX don't match then simply reprogram the TX modulation.

Is the RX crystal the original crystal or have you changed it? Trying to decide if you may have a WRONG conversion crystal in the RX.
