Default RE: Swashplate binding EVO 50

ORIGINAL: 9c

I bought a Hirobo Sceadu Evolution 50 last year from a friend and love every bit of it. However, when I looked at the Swash plate (its blue, I think this means its an aluminum upgrade) when I apply FULL aileron AND elevator, the swashplate binds. All the linkages are exact, and all the ball links are in good working order. Full aileron doesn't cause it to bind, and Full elevator doesn't cause it to bind. Only when the two are used together does it bind. The collective has no impact on any of this (doesn't make it worse or better). Any ideas?
This is RC helis' version of the old joke:

Doctor, Doctor ... it hurst when I do this!!!

Well then ... don't do that ...

So ... don't put your cyclic stick in the corner ... problem solved.

This is not unique to your heli. Almost all heli mechanics will bind if you put the stick in the corners. It's common but unwelcome. The cyclic "rings" that barracudahockey mentioned attaches to the TX around the cyclic stick and retricts you from putting the stick in the corners.
