dpsa98----Is your Hitec Supreme II the newer auto shift version or the older one that has the plug with a pigtail in it. If it is the older version you will have to move the plug to the outside two pins in the slot that it is plugged into. The auto shift does this automatically(from JR to Futaba/Hitec). And double check that you have the same channel crystal in the rx and the tx.
