Thanks, for the pics, the hinge looks simple to do, it looks like you need to flip the hinge over so the two small pins are on the bottom, drill two matching holes in the hull to help hold it in place, I have always had to do some filing to make the hinges swing smoothly. The parts for the inside may only be cosmetic and not made to operate but could if you want to take the time to do it. Like I said don't have the Tiger I so the may or may not be helping you at all, but someone will now jump in and correct me I'm sure.
