OK Low-Q I remember the sticky collective thing now. It is in the blade grips and how the washers are arranged inside them. Disconnect the links to the blade grips and see if the rotate freely up and down. If not the washers inside the blade grips are binding. There are 2 stepped washers that are placed wrongly inside the grips. A stepped washer has a smaller OD on one side than the other and the smaller side needs to be against the inside race of the bearing. Mine were placed in there backwards from the factory and causing the same thing you are talking about. The washers need to be turner around and placed in the correct order. I will try and find some diagrams for you but, I am sure that is it.
