You may well be aware of this, but the 645 has the same deadband width as the 5645. It was your original post concerning the 645's that made be ask about the 5645/5625's and possibly reprogramming for a tighter deadband.

Your situation is completely familiar to me: How fine, and expensive, a servo does a person who is primarily a fly-for-fun, sport-flyer need? How fine a servo does this flyer need if he wishes to work at improving his precision? At what point does the airplane become the limiting factor in one's performance? Who knows? That may have been the point of your original post (not wishing to put words into your post).
