O.S. developed the FS-120 SP supercharged engine with a single-stage Roots-type supercharger. It was intended for F3A Pattern, and came out in 1991. It was recently discontinued by O.S. because the newer Pattern rules have changed the engine requirements. That's why the electronic fuel injected engines have come out.
