Yes you can swap it over. There is no need to buy anything else. The carbon fibre chassis costs around $80. It is a lot of money, but I use it in racing against TA-05s and it gives me the edge (with a number of other hop ups). It would have been cheaper to get a higher end chassis for that money, but I have 3 TT-01s and don't want to start carrying spares for another type of chassis. I would not spend that money for drifting, but would stick with the bath tub chassis and spend the money on better tires and motor.
