hey,check out my friends at www.flyingfoam.com,they can cut anything you want as far as foam cores is concerned.Go to the page you specify the chord of the wing(inside and outside),leading edge sweptback,taper, airfoil or a mix of airfoils,cut outs for carbon fiber spars ,wing tube holes, basically anything you want.I know Bob Mellen personally(I use to live in CA),and I know he does professional work,at a fair price.I have ordered from him before.(Check out their website for further details)
