I have a new ys 63, I have run 5 tanks of fuel trough it at a rich setting. The last time I tried to start it, I could not turn it over with my starter. I figured that my starter or battery may be getting a little tired so I bought a new starter and battery.This morning I tried out the new equipment and it barely turns it over, but it doesn't feel that tight when I turn it over by hand. I pulled the glow plug out to see if anything was binding and it turns over easily. Now I'm stumped, any suggestions?
