Yes, I had installed the latest patch and did the calibration again.
I am running XP; 2.40GHZ; 1 GB of Ram
I can only use a PCI card and I am running GeForce FX5500 nVidia. I think this is about as fast as I can go with a PCI input. I have more than the minimum requirements that FSONe needs. Depressing.

If you are saying that w/ the latest patch and the re-calibration you still have the sputter issue, that's not a computer hardware problem. It has nothing to do w/ the hardware. The problem is the calibration - missing step. Are you pressing both the buttons (2 of them) during the TacCon calibration procedure? I want to make sure: you have the TacCon controller version?
