Maybe someone else might have some ideas here, but as for me I'm stumped. What you describe sounds like a continuous 'reset' command which is exactly what happens when people don't calibrate the buttons. I suggest you call Horizon on Monday to get their live tech support. Whatever it is, it's fixable and again it has nothing to do w/ your hardware. Their number is: (877)504-0233
