RE: FS One by Hangar 9
I'm glad to hear that things are working - part way.
The fact that you can fly w/ the other Tx setup in FS One tells me that something about the buttons is not getting calibrated correctly. The "6-Ch Emu" Tx setups remove the buttons and like you figured out you can use the keyboard for resets.
You'll notice that when you pick a different airplane, it will automatically pick the TacCon Tx setup. If you want to keep using the 6-Ch setup for now (eliminating the buttons), there's a checkbox in Options that turns off the "autoload" of the TacCon Tx setup. Turn off that feature. With that off, there's no autoload so you'll need to pick the right Tx for each airplane ... that is, until the issue gets sorted out.
Back to the issue, you can try this: Go to the Microsoft Game Controller Gadget in the Control Panel (outside of FS One). Pick the TacCon controller. Look and see of the sliders move when you press the TacCon buttons. If one slider moves when you press the buttons (both buttons), then the buttons are working properly - nothing wrong w/ the physical TacCon hardware. If all that happens, then it all goes back to the calibaration issue in the sim. Like Scott mentioned, you don't want to skip a step, but based on what you've said you're not missing anything there ... so I'm still stumped (for now).
(Scott, Yes!, back on the forums here. I went through a move lately - gasp!)
