How big of a boat can a nitro engine power? I want to make a 48" boat and don't know if i should power it will a weed eater engine or a nitro engine.
Also what size of prop should i run with either a nitro or weed eater engine. I am noob when it comes to boats.
In the interest of disclosure, I have to begin by saying I'm a nitro bigot. Now that it's out, for a boat that size, I suggest gas. My reasons include cheaper fuel and a significantly less expensive engine.
