Default RE: Official Tamiya TT-01 Thread

I finally got my TT-01 going good! And then, disaster.... the screw hole where the parallel steering arms are screwed into shattered = no more steering and a ruined chassis... but before that, it was going great! I love my TT-01, and I believe it was absolutely perfect before this minor mishap... I have the following upgrades:

Tamiya TRF alum shocks
Carbon upper deck
front and rear stabilizers
ball bearings
front cvd's
ball end tie-rods
all of tamiya's aluminum steering stuff
adjustable upper arms
aluminum propeller shaft
metal motor mount
aluminum bumper stopper
2 degree toe in rear
castle creations sidewinder brushless esc with 5700kV brushless motor
24/58 gearing
Hitec HS-5965MG High Speed Digital Coreless 2BB Servo
intergy motor heat sink with fan
racing slicks
and purple aluminum clamping hexes...

the TT-01 is an amazing chassis, and i am shocked that it doesnt rip to pieces when i run it on an 8cell nimh battery.... as my first touring car, i am completely satisfied with my tt-01!
