RE: Favorite engine?
Wow!!!
If you screw up a Taurus it costs a little over $200 for a new cylinder, piston, and ring assembly. You can do the thing yourself in less than an hour. I have to admit, until recently I've not had an engine that required customer service unless I did something to cause it. In the customer service area I don't think any of the established manufacturers/distributors can be faulted. The new crop hitting the shores are another story.
The recent engine is not one of the majors and it arrives a little blemished.
