i am using the gy240 - at first i did not like it - cuz when the battery starts to die the heli starts to spin uncontrollably and i did not know to "calibrate" it after the beep by moving left stick all the way to the right and the left. Now i actually like flying my (non belt driven ) Axe.

I also just listen and watch the heli and you can tell when the battery has run down so as not to get that crazy spinning.
