Yes on the Dubro filler problem.
The filler fitting that gets inserted will frequently catch the O ring and start wearing it away or break it.
When you insert the fitting, make sure you do so straight in to preserve the O ring.
Yeah, I've just gone to a 3 line system with a plug for the end of the fill line. I just run the line through the cowl and carefully drill / ream the hole in the cowl so that the plug and line just fit into the cowl after filling. Works good for me.
