Wow really sounds like a great practice plane. It's such a nice looking arf to boot....

I was also thinking of maybe installing my satio 91. But your electric option sounds great too, I am building an eletric vf3 - so the 5 cell option is perfect.

I'd be very careful about putting a glow engine in this plane, it's designed form the ground up to be electric, from the pre-drilled firewall with blind-buts installed, the lightened engine box to the battery tray area specifically designed to have airflow around the entire flight pack. Though there is no technical reason you can't modify it, I'd think twice about having to bulk up a plane when so many are designed out-of-the-box for glow...
